Payroll and Administrative Officer | up to 20K

Job description



Job Duties:

  • Preparation of contracts
  • Contract signing with candidates
  • Collecting monthly timesheets
  • Calculating OT, Expenses, Gratuity etc.
  • Contractor payroll report
  • Database management of contractor & employees
  • Answer questions about taxes, compensations, benefits
  • Liaison with Finance Department for invoicing
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager


Skills and Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with Higher Diploma or above in HR Management, Accounting or Business related studies
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for this role
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Pension/MPF regulations in Hong Kong
  • Strong math skills with an impressive attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening), confidence in speaking with clients and candidates
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure.
  • Immediate availability is preferred
