IT Production Control Supervisor/ Manager- Banking 40-50k

Responsibilities:

• To monitor the process of Production Control
• To ensure the subordinates to comply with the rules and regulated requirements of governing authorities
• Control the program migration to production system
• Define and schedule production procedures
• Manage batch & printing windows
• Examine and ensure the procedures submitted by application and technical teams are in compliance with site standard
• To monitor the service quality of IT Operations and ensure they have strictly followed the standard operating procedures
• To initiate training programs to develop and improve the skills of staff
• Liaise with application and support teams to ensure the smooth running of the production systems
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; OR

• Preferable over 5 years' related IT experience covering the following:
• At least 3 years in supervisory position
• Solid knowledge & experience in maintaining scalable and mission critical IT infrastructure with network, storage, high availability and resilience
• Solid experience in release management
• Holder of PMP or ITIL foundation certification is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken & written English
• Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
