Desktop Specialist (banking up to 30k - 35k)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Desktop Specialist to handle application deployment and OS upgrade mainly. You will ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications while managing OS upgrades across our desktop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy Microsoft Teams and other applications across the organization's desktop environment.
• Gather requirements, develop deployment plans, and test applications for compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment issues, working closely with end users and support teams.
• Plan and execute Microsoft OS upgrades, ensuring compatibility and system functionality.
• Provide desktop support, diagnose issues, and collaborate with IT teams for resolution.
• Maintain documentation of deployment processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate reports on deployment activities, progress, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in application deployment, preferably with O365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 10.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level deployment methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
